In showing plans of the project to the City of Bloomington, Mick Johnson of RSP Architects, the Minneapolis firm that designed the project, showed off the Arts & Craft architectural style of the design. The city liked the design of the mid-rise condominium buildings and townhouse project, approved zoning changes to accommodate it and recently sold the land to the developer to start construction.

Greco, formerly HuntGregory Real Estate Co., has also done upscale urban housing projects in Minneapolis, including River Station, a $50-million condominium project with 360 units. Heritage Landing is a luxury apartment building with 229 units.

Borland Construction will serve as the general contractor.
