Govolution signed a lease spanning 7.5 years with Cassidy & Pinkard, the real estate services firm representing property owner Heitman Real Estate Investment Management. Capital Real Estate Strategies represented the tenant, for which the deal marks a relocation from an office in Washington, DC.Courthouse Place was developed in 1987 at 2000 N, 14th St. near the Courthouse Metro station. In addition to its class B office space, the nine-story office property also features a three-level underground parking facility capable of accommodating 200 vehicles.

While the financial terms of Govolution's lease have not been released, Cassidy & Pinkard markets space at the building for $28.50 per sf. Other tenants in the building include advertising agency Laughlin, Marinaccio & Owens, and law firm Bean, Kinney & Korman PC.
