David and James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of the Stubblebine Co. represented the Gitto Realty in the transaction and procured the buyer, Geosearch, which is one of the region's largest full service drilling and environmental construction companies.

The building is located in the 231 Industrial Park and features 24-ft. ceilings as well as office, warehouse and manufacturing space. The property was formerly occupied by Newline Color.

The deal is indicative of a trend among users to purchase, rather than lease, the industrial space they occupy. Modernized industrial space with easy access to the city continues to be in high demand in the industrial market.
