Riverfront District Gets New Office Building

MIAMI-One Riverview Square, the first private office development Downtown in more than a decade, has been completed. The 165,000-sf, eight-story, mixed-use building consists primarily of office space with some retail space. Panther Real Estate Partners developed the building, located at the intersection of Southeast 4th Street and South Miami Avenue. An undisclosed institutional tenant has leased a substantial portion of One Riverview Square’s office space.

The building, designed by Dorsky Hodgson + Partners, has views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. It is part of the revitalization of Miami’s riverfront district and was designed to attract pedestrians, who will have access from both ends of the building to a covered arcade and a 40-ft-wide promenade that includes seating and is part of what is called the Miami River Walk.
