58,000-SF Retail Center Garners $10M Financing

PLYMOUTH, MA-Fantini & Gorga/iCap Realty Advisors arranges $9.75 million in permanent financing for the Home Depot Plaza on Home Depot Drive and Long Pond Road. The recently built retail center totals 57,937 sf and consists of three separate buildings on a seven-acre parcel.

PLYMOUTH, MA-Permanent financing in the amount of $9.75 million was secured for the Home Depot Plaza on Home Depot Drive and Long Pond Road. Fantini & Gorga/iCap Realty Advisors arranged the loan. The recently built retail center totals 57,937 sf.

The developer, Helge LLC, is an affiliate of Viking Development, which also developed the adjacent 130,000-sf Home Depot Store. Home Depot Plaza is located at Exit 5 on Route 3 on a seven-acre parcel. The development consists of three separate buildings designed by Carter-Burgess and built by Bowdoin Construction. Tenants include Ethan Allen, Compass Bank, the Pizza Factory, Dillinger’s restaurant, Golf Etc, the UPS Store, AAA, Pilgrim Wine & Spirits, Cingular Wireless and West Marine.
