PLYMOUTH, MA-Permanent financing in the amount of $9.75 million was secured for the Home Depot Plaza on Home Depot Drive and Long Pond Road. Fantini & Gorga/iCap Realty Advisors arranged the loan. The recently built retail center totals 57,937 sf.

The developer, Helge LLC, is an affiliate of Viking Development, which also developed the adjacent 130,000-sf Home Depot Store. Home Depot Plaza is located at Exit 5 on Route 3 on a seven-acre parcel. The development consists of three separate buildings designed by Carter-Burgess and built by Bowdoin Construction. Tenants include Ethan Allen, Compass Bank, the Pizza Factory, Dillinger’s restaurant, Golf Etc, the UPS Store, AAA, Pilgrim Wine & Spirits, Cingular Wireless and West Marine.
