Riverfront Office Park Leases Up 200,000 SF

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Riverfront Office Park leases up more than 200,000 sf over the past nine months. The 665,000-sf office park was acquired by Hines on behalf of the National Office Partners Limited Partnership in 2000. It consists of two buildings located along the Charles River.

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Over the last nine months, Riverfront Office Park has leased up over 200,000 sf, including eight new tenants. The 665,000-sf office park consists of an 18-story, 341,000 sf building and a 14-story, 324,500 sf building connected by a four-story, 646-car parking garage. The development is located along the Charles River and was acquired by Hines on behalf of the National Office Partners Limited Partnership in 2000.

Among the new tenants in the complex are Hagens Berman which took 7,600 sf; Lion Bioscience, which took 7,500 sf; Toyota, which took 2,600 sf; Lowrie, Lando & Anastasi, which took 6,900 sf; Shaw Group, which sublet 63,000 sf; cMarket, which sublet 8,400 sf; LifeHarbor, which sublet 12,700 sf; and, Bridgeport Networks, which sublet 4,600 sf.
