The 10-acre-plus development is in the former Windmill Building and Daisy Air Rifle factory that produced the famous Red Ryder BB-gun for decades. Joseph Freed Homes, developer of Daisy Square, preserved the original facade of the Windmill Building, which dates back to the 1800's, in developing the new project.

The townhomes prices range from the low $200,000's to the upper $300,000's. The lofts range in price from $180,000's to the mid-$300,000's.

"Daisy Square is a dynamic blend of townhomes and loft condominiums within walking distance to downtown restaurants, Kellogg Park, and shops," says Jim Colella, director of sales and marketing.
