WOODBURY, MN-Dancing Waters Homes, the master-planned housing community east of Interstate 494 and Interstate 694 just off Valley Creek Road, is opening June 19. The community features 450 acres of neighborhood enclaves intertwined with private open trails and water on 130 acres, with a landscaped central park.

The development includes townhome and condominium enclaves as well as single-family homes. Among the multifamily projects at the community is New Urban Row Townhomes. The project recently came on the market and offers 82 units that start in price at $280,000. They are being built by David Bernard Builders & Developers, a division of The Rottlund Co.
