Investor Acquires 75,000-SF Warehouse for Nearly $2M

SOUTH GRAFTON, MA-Joe Muner purchases 134 Ferry St., a 75,000-sf warehouse facility, for $1.5 million. The seller, Precise Technologies, had a manufacturing plant at this location which it recently closed down. Muner plans to lease out the building.

SOUTH GRAFTON, MA-Joe Muner purchased 134 Ferry St., a 75,000-sf warehouse facility, for $1.5 million. The warehouse was previously occupied by Precise Technologies, which used it as a manufacturing facility for its plastic injection molding products. The Cleveland-based Precise recently closed down the facility.

Jeff Borus, principal at Glickman Real Estate represented Muner, of Grafton MA, in the transaction while Mark Reardon of CB/Richard Ellis represented Precise. Precise Technologies has another location in Holden MA. The warehouse is situated on 16 acres of land, nine of which are located across the street from the facility. Borus tells GlobeSt.com that Muner subdivided those nine acres and sold them to a number of companies who plan to use the site for industrial use.
