Carley is a 17-year property management veteran, with seven years working in the Chicago market. "Barbara will integrate leasing, marketing and building operations to fulfill 233 S. Wacker LLC's vision of improving the quality of life at Sears Tower while increasing asset value," says CB Richard Ellis managing director Sam Delisi.

The New York-based partners involved in 233 S. Wacker LLC bought the 110-story, 3.5-million-sf West Loop office tower from MetLife earlier this year in an $835-million deal. Trizec Properties, Inc., which once was in line to assume ownership of the building, had been managing the property for MetLife but was replaced by CB Richard Ellis upon closing.
