Tenants at the grocery-anchored property include the likes of Bruns and Merkel Family Food Market and Rite Aid, as well as Pizza Hut and Roy Rogers, which, along with other retailers, make their home on the 16,000 sf of pad site space. Finksburg Plaza is a unique retail property in that it also contains a small office segment on the second floor that caters mostly to medical-related businesses. According to Carroll County records, the 16-year-old property has an assessed value of $5.3 million.
