New Spec Building Changes Hands for $2M

FORT MYERS, FL-NCAP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, has purchased an approximately 30,000-sf dock height distribution center here for $2 million. The price equates to nearly $66.67 per sf. The new spec building–close to the airport–is currently not occupied.Amalia T. Lemar was the seller of the building, located within the Jetport Interstate Commerce Park at 14051 Jetport Loop. NCAP plans to use the building for the production of the Cape Coral Breeze newspaper as well as all of the Breeze Corp. publications.
