Michael Hill with Michael Hill Properties of Houston tells GlobeSt.com that the food distributor looked around, but the package on the table and the ability to expand kept the tenant in place for Principal Life Insurance Co. of Des Moines. The Parsippany, NJ-based B&G Foods occupies 7150 Business Park Dr., a 233,544-sf building with a quoted rent of 30 cents per sf. Walter H. Menuet Jr. of Vantage Cos. Houston division represented the building owner, which owns two other warehouses in the industrial park.
B&G Foods shares the structure with Denver Southwest, a building materials supplier, and Cooling & Heating Equipment. B&G Foods distributes Ortega Mexican foods, Emeril's Original sauces and spices and Polaer preserves and spices.
