ProLogis Lets 104,000-SF Milton Keynes Warehouse

LONDON-ProLogis has achieved a 100,000-sf letting at its ProLogis Park development in Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, underlining the recent upturn in the distribution property market. DTS Logistics has taken the 104,000-sf Unit 3 at at ProLogis Park, Marston Gate near Milton Keynes.The building has 12m eaves, two storey offices, nine loading docks, and two access doors at ground level with car parking space for 34 lorries and 132 cars. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but letting agents GVA Grimley, Lambert Smith Hampton, and Burbage Realty are quoting £5.75 ($10.60) per sf for the 100,000-sf Unit 1, the only other remaining unit at ProLogis Park. Existing tenants at ProLogis Park Marston Gate include Amazon.com, NYK Logistics, ANC Parcels and the Wolseley Group. In addition ProLogis is currently marketing a single building plot of 4.5 acres that can accommodate another 80,000-sf warehouse.Lambert Smith Hampton advised DTS.
