Located at Rte. 10 and Englar Rd., Westminster Crossing features anchor tenants SuperFresh grocery store and CVS Pharmacy, as well as other more recent occupants including Bed, Bath & Beyond, Marshall's and Office Depot. The property, which is scheduled to emerge from its makeover this November, is now 80% occupied. Old navy will open its nearly 15,000-sf store this fall, and Michaels will make its debut between the fall and next spring.

"In Old Navy and Michaels, Westminster Crossing has added two highly recognizable retailing names that will be opening their inaugural stores in Carroll County," says Greenberg Commercial vice president Mark Bomse. "These latest signings continue our positive leasing momentum that coincides with our decision to completely revitalize and improve the project that is strategically located in the city's northern shopping district."

Neither Greenberg nor property leasing agent NAI were available for comment on the transactions and leasing rates at Westminster Crossing; however, NAI Direct's most recent market report indicates that retail space at neighborhood service centers in suburban Maryland goes for $15 to $30 per sf.
