Roche Bros. Remains in Downtown Wellesley

WELLESLEY, MA-Roche Bros. Supermarkets signs a long term lease agreement with Eastern Development to remain on Linden Street in a 180,000-sf retail center that is located on a 24-acre parcel in the heart of the city's Downtown.

In addition to the retail center, the property houses 67 residential units. Tom Maher, a principal of Eastern Development, tells GlobeSt.com that his firm is currently evaluating a plan and vision for the development of the property, which is located in the heart of the city's Downtown area and is considered prime real estate. Maher emphasizes that the plan to develop the site is still in its early stages but he says that his firm plans on working with the community and the town on developing the site.
