Denver Southwest LP, a five-year tenant, is filling industrial space emptied in December 2003, Walter H. Menuet Jr. with Vantages Cos. in Houston tells GlobeSt.com. The deal comes on the heels of an expansion by B&F Foods of Parsippany, NJ, for the lion's share of space vacated by Geospace.
Menuet, single-handedly working the deal, says Denver Southwest's expansion required shifting its location in the 233,544-sf building at 7150 Business Park Dr., owned by Des Moines-based Principal Life Insurance Co. He says the financial incentive was "an attractive deal" to expand and fill the building. Denver Southwest is a subsidiary of Service Partners LLC, of Richmond, VA, primarily a distributor of fiberglass insulation for residential construction.
