Four-Building Complex Is on the Market for $58 Per SF

ASTON, PA-A small, four-building, mixed-use property on approximately 3.6 acres at 2800 Pennell Rd. is up for sale. The buildings have an aggregate of 15,500 sf. The asking price is $895,000 or about $57.74 per sf.

Steve Italiano, SVP for industrial property in the area office of CB Richard Ellis, is marketing the complex. He says it has two free-standing office and two industrial structures. One building contains 3,800 sf of office space; another has 4,000 sf of shop area with a drive-in door than can be converted for tailgate dock loading, and the other two buildings contain a combination of office/residential areas along with space for vehicle servicing.
