Oxford, CT-based Joyce Van Lines took over 13,026 sf to put a fleet into the Coronado Commerceplex at 420 N. 52nd Ave. The lease is valued at $150,000 over the term.

Gary Anderson, senior associate with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in Phoenix, represented both the Scottsdale-based owner, EJM Development Co. The Grubb & Ellis/BRE team of Marc Hertzberg and Tony Lydon, brokered terms for the trucking company.

Phantom Inc., a Fort Lauderdale, FL-based freight company, moved into 6,230 sf at First Commons at 4655 W. McDowell Rd., owned by locally based Top 10 Properties. Anderson single-handedly worked the transaction, which carries a $100,000 payout.
