PHOENIX-Two metro Phoenix newcomers are up and running in a combined 19,256 sf of industrial space after signing three-year leases for properties in the southwest corridor.

Oxford, CT-based Joyce Van Lines took over 13,026 sf to put a fleet into the Coronado Commerceplex at 420 N. 52nd Ave. The lease is valued at $150,000 over the term.

Gary Anderson, senior associate with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial in Phoenix, represented both the Scottsdale-based owner, EJM Development Co. The Grubb & Ellis/BRE team of Marc Hertzberg and Tony Lydon, brokered terms for the trucking company.
