Terranova Promotes McIlroy to Leasing Director

MIAMI-Terranova Corp., a third-party commercial real estate advisory firm based here, has promoted Mindy McIlroy to co-director of leasing. McIlroy has worked for Terranova for seven years. Most recently, she was associate director of leasing for the company.In her new role, McIlroy’s duties include overseeing leasing and marketing for all of Terranova’s retail portfolio, which is made up of roughly 30 grocery-anchored shopping centers in South Florida’s tri-county area. Among those centers are Suniland Shopping Center, Pompano Marketplace and Courtyard Shops at Wellington.In addition, McIlroy continues to represent property owners and retailers in the South Florida real estate market. Currently, she is representing Anna’s Linens in the company’s expansion into the three counties.Terranova is currently involved in close to $1 billion in commercial real estate assets. The company provides complete commercial real estate services, including asset and property management, leasing, tenant representation, dispositions, financing, construction management and development services.
