Walter Menuet with Vantage Cos. Houston division tells GlobeSt.com that Netco Inc. of St. Charles, MO, signed a five-year lease for 10100 W. Sam Houston Parkway. The keys will turn on the ready-to-go space within two months, says the deal's sole broker for the Vantage-owned park. Netco also has offices in Greenspoint, South suburbs and Galleria/West Suburbs.

Netco is taking down flex space in a 21,000-sf building in the park's second phase. The quoted rent is $12.50 per sf. According to Menuet, Netco needed flex space more so than traditional office space because it requires a service area for storage and research of title records.
