Commercial real estate services firm Grubb & Ellis assisted Qwest in the lease negotiation, while Trammell Crow represented property owner KBS Realty Advisors. Financial terms of the transaction are not being publicized; however, Trammell Crow markets the class A office space at the two-building complex for $24 to $24.50 per sf.
