Mark Nolan, a senior project planner at Hay Dobbs, will head the planning and urban design effort. Steve Quam of Quam Sumnicht will provide the marketing and financial feasibility analysis. Fred Dock of Meyer Mohaddes will conduct the traffic/circulation feasibility and planning.

The team will develop alternative plan scenarios for areas about one-quarter mile from the Hiawatha Line light rail transit station over Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis. Nolan says the team will try to "work closely with the community" on the plan.
