Breco International Inc. occupies 601 McFarland St., a mix of 3,910-sf, 4,140-sf and 16,000-sf structures. The trio is situated in an 11-building complex owned by Marshall Hatch of Seattle.
John Nicholson with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. was the sole broker on the deal. He tells GlobeSt.com that the firm has been a tenant for two years and inked another short-term lease. He says the Breco team didn't survey the market because it wanted to stay put because the main building is crane-served, just like seven others in the park. The quoted rent is 26 cents per sf.
