"They're growing rapidly and they just opened a 30,000-sf center in Deer Valley," Jeff Conrad of Lee & Associates Arizona in Phoenix tells GlobeSt.com. "This offered them a central distribution point that is close to a full diamond interchange right off the freeway as well as a high clear height and central proximity."
Goodman Distributors Inc., a subsidiary of Goodman Manufacturing Co. LP, will go into Lincoln Commerce Park at 2120 S. 7th Ave. near Interstate 17. The four-building park offers, with 224,308 sf, is 66% occupied.
Conrad and Allen Lowe, with Lee & Associates, represented the Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. at the bargaining table. John McDaniel with Dallas-based Mohr Partners brokered for the tenant.
