Spaulding & Slye Colliers principal William D. Bailey and assistant vice president Eric B. Foster represented Ovid Technologies in the transaction, while CB Richard Ellis associate Nathanael G. Kessler represented property owner, Cornerstone Corp.
The second-floor office, which handles all inquiries regarding sales, customer service and technical support for Canada, Latin America and the US, is in a 103,321-sf , three-story office building. The facility is located in an office park setting three miles from the Route 128/ 95/Route 1 interchange.
"Ovid Technologies evaluated many market opportunities," says Bailey, "and concluded that 100 River Ridge Drive offered the ideal combination of location, quality of office space and attractive economics for its regional headquarters operation." Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $18 per sf.
