Patriot East developer Atlantic Realty Cos. relied on Scheer Partners Inc. for representation, while the tenant put itself in the hands of Trammell Crow. Terms of the lease agreement have not been disclosed, but space in the new building is being marketed at $24 per sf.

"With a convenient location near major commuter arteries, Patriot East will provide quick and easy access to the busy working adults participating in the University's programs," Atlantic Realty partner Charles K. Nulsen III says. At four-stories high, Patriot East is the "sister" building of the in-progress Patriot West, which is 85% pre-leased and scheduled for delivery this summer. The structures will share the park with two other office buildings, the seven-story, 22-year-old Golden Triangle I & II.
