The property, which was built in 1914 and recently underwent a $2.5 million renovation, is nearly fully leased. Among its tenants are Citizens Bank, GEOS New York Corp., HNTB, Law Offices of Brett Levy and Property Portfolio & Research. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for space in the building is approximately $25 per sf.
