The Sunrise, FL-based Interim Health Care flipped on lights in 3,178 sf at 6750 W. Loop South while the next one in line, Medical Clinic of Bellaire, took 2,863 sf at 6800 W. Loop South. The office park contains five buildings with 580,000 sf.

Michael Batts with Navisys Group in Houston represented the building owner, FRM West Loop Associates. Jay Cliburn of CBRE/Trione & Gordon in Houston represented Interim Health Care while Batts did a direct deal with the local clinic operator, who is relocating from an office in the Medical Center.

Batts says the 91%-occupied Pin Oak Office Park recently added several medical tenants to its ranks. The $17 per sf to $18 per sf rents and proximity to the Medical Center have been the dealmakers. The Medical Center's rates range from $22 per sf to $25 per sf.
