C&W Hires Senior Director in South Florida

PALM BEACH, FL-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. has hired Rod Loschiavo as senior director of commercial brokerage for its Broward County branch. In his new post, Loschiavo, a real estate executive with more than 20 years experience in tenant representation, will work with Jim Cahlin and Chris Constant to strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida tenant practice. He will work in the company’s local office.Loschiavo comes from Studley, where he oversaw the Florida regional office’s opening in 2000. Previously, Loschiavo worked for CB Richard Ellis in South Florida. There he was consistently ranked a top-five producer. Cushman & Wakefield has 33 South Florida brokerage professionals, as well as asset-, facilities- and construction-management and appraisal services. In 2003, the company handled 493 transactions valued at $1.1 billion in South Florida.
