Corinthian Opens 24,000-SF Bryman Campus

EAGAN, MN-The privately-owned educational system's new campus at Spectrum Commerce Center marks its entry into the Minnesota market. It trains students for careers in healthcare, including massage therapy.

EAGAN, MN-Corinthian Colleges is opening its first campus in Minnesota, a 24,000-sf facility at Spectrum Commerce Center at 1000 Blue Gentian Rd. Spectrum Commerce Center was developed several years ago by the Eagan, MN-based Spectrum Development Group.

The $37-million, 300,000-sf complex, which houses the Pan Am International Flight Academy and other tenants, used thousands of tons of building material that was salvaged from a dismantled rental car ramp at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. Called the Bryman Institute, the educational facility offers Twin Cities metro area students for careers in allied healthcare, including its high-demand massage therapy program.
