Garfield Park Project Moves Forward

ARLINGTON, VA-Development of Garfield Park at Clarendon Village has taken a step forward now that the project has gotten the go-ahead form the Arlington County Board. TCS Realty Associates is the developer behind the mixed-use endeavor, which will feature 149 residential units, 20,000 sf of retail and approximately 4,000 sf of office space.

Garfield Park will rise up in the Clarendon submarket at 2900 N. 10th St., taking over a spot that is currently occupied by Sala Thai restaurant and CVS. Eight of the residences will be live/work units, and the property will feature a parking facility capable of accommodating about 280 vehicles.
