The building, which is owned and managed by Equity Office Properties, totals more than 352,000 sf of office space and is located on nearly two acres on the riverfront. J. Duncan Gratton of Equity Office represented the company in the negotiations.

The building is now nearly 80% occupied. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for space in the building ranges from $29 to $36 per sf.
