Red Cross Leases 24,854 SF for HQ

WORCESTER, MA-American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts moves its chapter headquarters to the Remillard Building at 2000 Century Dr. in the Worcester Corporate Center. The 87-acre center, which was acquired by St. Pierre Development, was master planned for 750,000 sf of office, biomedical and manufacturing space.

WORCESTER, MA-American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts is leasing 24,854 sf in the Remillard Building at 2000 Century Dr. The organization is using the space as its chapter headquarters.The building is situated on five acres of land off East Mountain Street in the Worcester Corporate Center. The 87-acre center was master planned for 750,000 sf of office, biomedical and manufacturing space by St. Pierre Development.

The Red Cross says it chose the location because it is close to the city and near the growing corridor of service along Routes 290 and 495. “The new facility is centrally located in the Northeast and will allow the National Red Cross to place critical support resources and personnel closer to our field units,” says Phillip Hansen, northeast service area executive.
