The leases were penned by C&C Northside Motors Inc. and Leader International. Both took down industrial space in a two-year-old building at 6815 Theall Rd.
C&C Northside Motors relocated from a larger spot in the park. The new deal, 5,100 sf, is about half the size of the vacated location, Gloria Parrino with Betz Commercial Brokerage in Houston tells GlobeSt.com about the three-year lease. The auto body shop caters to work on luxury vehicles. She says the new location offered a "more efficient layout" for the auto body shop's specialty, working on luxury vehicles.
Leader International, a supplier of janitorial products, doubled its leased site with a 4,500-sf lease set to expire in three years, running co-terminus with the original pact, Parrino says. The firm will move into the extra space July 1. ARC Business Park space goes for 50 cents per sf.
