New Leasing Team for Dominion

MERRIFIELD, VA-A new leasing team has been put in place for Dominion One and Two at Jefferson Park. Developers Akridge and The RREEF Funds have tapped Cassidy & Pinkard to lease up the 210,000-sf Dominion One, which reached completion in 2002, and its sister property, the soon-to-be-developed 210,000-sf Dominion Two. Real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis had previously held the assignment.

Located in the suburban Washington, DC city of Merrifield, the Dominion at Jefferson Park property sits at the interchange of Rte. 50 and I-495 in Fairfax County. Carrying the address of 8115 Gatehouse Rd. Dominion One–as will Dominion Two–offers five stories of class A office space above an underground parking facility. As for the timing for development of Dominion Two, Akridge’s Shannon Small tells GlobeSt.com that the developers are looking for a user before getting started, adding that, “we have had several people express interest.” Cassidy & Pinkard is currently marketing space at Dominion One for $26 to 28 per sf.
