Upon its completion toward the end of this year, Collington Trade Center will feature two single-story structures at approximately 90,000 sf and 110,000 sf in size, carrying the addresses of 15800 Commerce Court and 15850 Commerce Court, respectively. Occupying a 13-acre parcel, the project is distinctive for a couple of reasons; it is the first new speculative project of its type in Prince George's County in over 10 years, and it will occupy the last available chunk of land at Collington Center industrial park.

"Businesses leasing at Collington Trade Center will have the flexibility of creating office, warehouse, distribution, light manufacturing or showroom space, or combining any of those uses to suit their needs," Gingery's J. Montgomery Gingery notes. "Special architectural detailing will give every tenant's space a 'Fortune 500' look." Scheer Partners' David McClatchy and Charles Dukes have been charged with handling leasing at the property and are marketing space at $6.75 per sf.
