Sales to Start Mid-July for Luxury Condo Project

HOLLYWOOD, FL-Sales are scheduled to begin July 15 for Radius, a $70-million, 285-unit luxury condominium and retail development planned for here.The developer, Lane Investment and Development Corp., chose Premier Sales Group Inc., whose founders and partners are Laurie Ingber and Carolyn Block Ellert, as the project’s exclusive sales and marketing company.The 12-story building, being developed at 200 N. Young Circle, will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units and some loft units; prices range from $190,000 to $600,000. Plans also call for the project to have 36,000 sf of retail space.”This is an exciting project for Hollywood and for everyone involved, as it is part of the Hollywood vision and the first curvilinear building to be built on Young Circle,” Marc Pollack, president of Lane Investment and Development Corp., says in a statement.
