Crescent Condos to Help Downtown Revitalization Efforts

SILVER SPRING, MD-While the stable of condominium developments in Metropolitan Washington, DC continues to increase by leaps and bounds, there is still a great demand for the properties and the Patriot Group has announced that it will make its contribution to the pool with the Crescent. The developer will erect the 143-unit high-rise on what is now an empty lot at 930 Wayne Ave. near a Metro station.
