The Houston-based firm signed a long-term lease for class B space at 350 North Belt Place, a 177,781-sf building at 350 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. The supplier of industrial components, sensors and process cabling moved from 330 N. Sam Houston Parkway East.
In a press release, Ted Brakatselos of Houston Site Acquisitions said the firm made the move for the terms put on the table by building owner, KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA. He also the building's management and maintenance influenced the decision to relocate.
Brakatselos represented the tenant. Houston-based PM Realty Group's Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips handled talks for KBS. The 89%-leased office building carries a quoted rate of $12.50 per sf.
