"This site is a good choice as it will give Walgreens great visibility and exposure along Brook Rd. as well as easy access for shoppers to get in and out quickly for their drugstore needs," says Advantis's Charles Warner. Warner and colleague Kimberly Bisger oversaw the purchase. Located on a corner parcel at US Rte. 1 and Virginia Center Parkway, the site is expected to give way to the Walgreens store, with drive-thru, before the end of this November.
