Arizona Copier Outlet of Phoenix signed a three-year lease worth $39,960 for a 1,500-sf suite in Deer Valley. The space required no improvements and offered an improved location for the expanding business. "The location and the fact that it was basically ready to go were good factors," Laura Becker, a broker with GVA Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com about 26 W. Lone Cactus Dr. , owned by Arraid Property LLC of Phoenix.

The servicer of copiers and related equipment plans a July 1 move-in, according to Becker, who represented the owner. Toby Campbell of GVA Daum represented the tenant. Arizona Copier is relocating from 10027 N. 19th Ave.

Phoenix-based Sage Counseling Inc. also signed a three-year lease worth $22,180 for 560 sf in Playton Plaza in Midtown. The business will utilize the space for general office and counseling groups, says Becker, who represented the tenant.

Located at 3615 N. 16th St., the Playton Plaza space required no upgrades prior to Sage's move-in. The company signed the lease as a new location for its multi-office network in the Phoenix area, says Becker. Owner Sara Properties Inc. of Mesa was self-represented in the transaction.
