Denise Geroir, leasing coordinator of Everest Partners LLC represented the firm, which owns the property, in the transaction, while Robert Maguire Sr., vice president at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented Velquest. He says it chose its new location over other potential locations for its proactive building ownership, location and attractive leasing package.
The building is fully occupied by a number of other tenants including AAA Data and Networking, the Bil Ray Group, International Machine Resource, Control Technology Group and Body & Beyond Family Wellness Center. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for flex space in the area ranges from $7 to $10 per sf.
