"We continue to add retail space to Burwood Village Center to satisfy the demand for product in this section of northern Anne Arundel County," Greenberg vice president David L. Goldbloom explains. "The Linthicum/Ferndale area is an extremely stable community and its residents have responded favorably to our improvements at the project." Phase IV, which will bring 3,600 sf more to the property, is scheduled to get under way in the fall.
