SCOTTSDALE, AZ-A loan servicing and collections firmhas signed a 66-month lease worth $2.9 million for28,915 sf in the Highland Park Office Building here. The lease allows the company to grow by 10,000 sf while consolidating its headquarters.”They had expanded over the years such that they werein three different buildings that were notcontiguous,” Dan Dobric, a broker at PresidioCommercial Services in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com.”They wanted to upgrade their image and move into anicer building.”Concord Servicing Corp. signed the lease with buildingowner Presidio Investments of Phoenix at about $20 per sf. Located at 4725 North Scottsdale Road,Highland Park was built in 1990 and consists of80,488 total leaseable sf. The Concord deal, whichaccounts for approximately one-third of the building,brings occupancy up to 90%.Concord relocated from its old site at 6560 NorthScottsdale Road, says Dobric. Dobric and Mike Myrickof Presidio Commercial Services represented the owner,while Rob Baggott of First Commercial Advisorsrepresented the tenant.
