Shared Technologies Leases 15,000 SF

NORWOOD, MA-Shared Technologies is leasing 15,000 sf of office and flex space at 1400 Providence Highway. The company, which develops business and telecommunications solutions, is headquartered in Coppell, TX.

Denise Geroir, leasing coordinator of Everest Partners, LLC represented the firm, which owns the property. Eric Foster, assistant vice president and Katie Krein, associate of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the tenant in this transaction. Lease rates for this deal were not available but Geroir says that the average asking rent for this type of space in the area ranges between $7 per sf and $10 per sf.
