Denise Geroir, leasing coordinator of Everest Partners, LLC represented the firm, which owns the property. Eric Foster, assistant vice president and Katie Krein, associate of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the tenant in this transaction. Lease rates for this deal were not available but Geroir says that the average asking rent for this type of space in the area ranges between $7 per sf and $10 per sf.
The property consists of three buildings which total 155,540 sf of space. Shared Technologies is taking space in Building number 3. With this lease, Geroir tells GlobeSt.com, the buildings are nearly fully leased with about 16,000 sf available. Shared Technologies says it chose this new location for its proactive building ownership, location and attractive leasing package.
