NORTH READING, MA-Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners and Taurus Investment Holdings acquired a 60,800 sf flex office building in a partnership deal. The building was sold by a private owner for $4.8 million. The transaction marks the ninth investment completed between Taurus and Greenstreet/Niosi within the past three years on real estate valued at more than $95 million and the fifth acquisition under the GNCP/Taurus-sponsored Single Tenant Acquisition Program.

The building is occupied by Comcast of Massachusetts with a lease guarantee from its parent, Comcast Corp. The building is located approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Boston and approximately one mile east of Route 93.
