Taurus and Greenstreet/Niosi Acquire 61,000-SF Building

NORTH READING, MA-Greenstreet/Niosi Capital Partners and Taurus Investment Holdings acquire a 60,800 sf flex/office building from a private owner for $4.8 million. The deal is the ninth investment completed between the two firms within the past three years.

The building is occupied by Comcast of Massachusetts with a lease guarantee from its parent, Comcast Corp. The building is located approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Boston and approximately one mile east of Route 93.

Taurus Investment Holdings is a locally based real estate investment firm with nine operating affiliates in the US, Canada, Europe and China. Greenstreet/Niosi and its affiliates maintain offices in New York and Miami.
